Why is COFFEE CRISP ac-
cessible for Canadians and what sets it
apart from other chocolate on the mar-
ket?
JF:
COFFEE CRISP is accessible to
Canadians countrywide. The bar was
created in Canada and is mainly sold
and distributed in Canada. We can be
proud that this bar is produced locally
at our Toronto factory, where it has
been made for the past 75 years. This is
partly what sets COFFEE CRISP apart;
you can’t really get it anywhere else in
the world.
Consumers told us COFFEE
CRISP is unique in its taste profile.
From the many different wafer layers,
to the mild coffee flavour combined
with a light chocolate taste, there’s no
other bar in the market that can deliver
this unique combination. It’s coffee
and a light snack in one – it’s not just
a biscuit or just coffee. In the words of
our consumers, COFFEE CRISP is irre-
placeable.

How has the product de-
veloped and responded to changes in
the marketplace (i.e. allergies, health
trends etc.)?
JF:
Over the years, COFFEE
CRISP has launched different innova-
tions to cater to the needs of the evolv-
ing market place. Below are a couple
examples of how COFFEE CRISP has
responded to changing needs in the
past, and of course, we’re committed
to improving our product to meet the
needs of our consumers in the future.
