GLOBAL RENEWABLES ONLINE - FEBRUARY / MARCH 2012
SPECIFICALLY, THE COMPANY AIMS
ITS SERVICES AT FIVE DIFFERENT
CUSTOMER PROFILES:
• Automobile manufacturers
that want to offer ACCIONA’s
charging infrastructure when
they sell an electric vehicle. This
is the kind of agreement being
implemented with Renault-Nis-
san, and the company is
planning to extend it to other
manufacturers.
• Car park management com-
panies, to install charging points
on their premises. For example,
agreements with Comfersa (car
parks in 66 railway stations) and
Unibail Rodamco (14 shopping
malls), among others.
• Public administrations, to
install charging points on road-
ways or public car parks.
Example: the pilot network (5
points) installed in collaboration
with Pamplona City Council and
the Government of Navarra.
• Private owners or neighbors
groups that want to install
charging points in private
garages or collective car parks.
• Vehicle rental f leets that
want to incorporate electric
vehicles.
• The f irst results, in the form
of operational charging posts,
are already visible on the streets
of Pamplona, in the high-speed
train stations of Valencia and
Madrid and in the Parquesur
shopping mall in Madrid. They
have also been installed in a
number of ACCIONA’s off ices/
plants. Until April it had installed
around thirty, but expects to
pass the 100 mark by the end of
2011 and reach much higher
f igures in later years.
