GREEN MACHINE :
An environmentally- friendly, solar-powered operating
system for new and existing well sites. It provides maxmum
cost savings in hardware, maintenance, and fuel gas
consumption compared to traditional methods of well
control and monitoring. It also significantly reduces
greenhouse gas emissions over similar conventional
technologies, which will become even more important as
new climate- related regulations are implemented around
the world.
VOLUME TRI C ME TER PROVING:
The fully-equipped, winterized, and Measurement Canada- compliant
volumetric meter proving units enable calibrations on H2O, condensate and
oil meters year- round. ABB Ber-Mac is also equipped to perform calibrations
on high-pressure meters. To ensure accuracy, consistency, and safety of our
equipment, the company employs a strict maintenance schedule. Its vessel is
steamed and water is drawn every six months, and is certified every two
years in conjunction with Alberta Energy and Utilities Board (EUB) standards.
PORTABLE BENCH CAL IBRAT IONS :
The portable bench calibrator performs accurate liquid calibrations under
two m3/day on site. This innovative, highly-efficient, and cost -saving solution
eliminates travel time between shop and site locations, and minimizes meter
downtime. Detailed meter inspection and calibration is performed on a
same-day service basis.
H2S SCRUBBER:
This equipment is used at all sour gas locations to provide safety and protect
the environment from hazardous emissions.
