There have been some exciting renewable sto-
ries coming out of the EU recently, and we’re
always on the lookout for groundbreaking proj-
ects to highlight. For our project spotlight we
spoke with Laura Sandys, Conservative Member
of Parliament for South Thanet, to talk about
one of the most incredible wind project in the
world: the Thanet Offshore Wind Farm. Sandys,
like many in the district, wants to see the UK as
a renewable hub, and she is working tirelessly to
promote a green economy in her jurisdiction. We
look forward to seeing what comes next for the
Thanet renewable pilot project.
We also had the pleasure of speaking with the
American Council on Renewable Energy this
