STEADY, MANAGEABLE GROWTH
Between the leadership of the
original ownership team, and the com-
pany’s innovative approach to prod-
ucts and service, the company has
been rolling along the last ten years
or so. “What really has

quality and innovation,” Carroll notes.
The company has grown as necessary,
never overshooting its ability. In 2010
Decor moved to a more modern and
efficient facility in Markham, Ontario,
added two more 500 ton injection
molding machines and a second flow
wrapping machine

pacity. All of these changes have kept
the company moving in the right di-
rection.
